ALL items are located in the garage. Firearms Purchase Policy ALL FIREARM SALES WILL ADHERE TO FEDERAL FIREARMS LAWS. Buyer must complete ATF 4473 form (background NICS check) and a NON-REFUNDABLE cost of $20.00 per firearm. Payable to P4 Firearms. In the event a background check is denied, for any reason, a restocking fee equal to the amount of the buyers premium will be charged. Payment for invoices must be made in advance before the background check is processed. Card on file will be ran after auction. Invoices exceeding $2000.00 require a cashier's check made out to L & L Estate Sales. Firearms will be available for preview from Tuesday January 20th through Friday January 23rd with pickup available after the auction during normal business hours at: P4 Firearms, 1556 N.
