In an effort to protect our sellers, ship items fast and to help combat fraud, we require the winning bidder to confirm their purchase with us, (i.e. sign the invoice and return a picture of it to us via email or text etc.), if your order is over $300, we may require the winning bidder to fill out and return our purchase authorization form, prior to won lots being shipped.
While we usually have the shipping invoices emailed through Auction Ninja within 72 hours of the auction closing, please allow up to 5 business days to receive your shipping invoice. If you have any questions or concerns, either prior to bidding or any time after, please contact us. Sending us a text message is the quickest way to get a response but please do not hesitate to call or email us, Jason always tries to answer his phone. If you are unable to pay the shipping invoice, PLEASE call us, rather than abandoning your won items, we want you to receive the items you paid for and to be a happy customer. General terms that must be acknowledged;
I understand that this is a shipping ONLY auction and NO lots are available for pick-up and that there is NO in-person preview available. I will only bid with the intent and ability to purchase the items that I bid on and I further agree that any grade or condition stated on any lot, is to be used as a reference only, unless given by an industry accepted third party grading company such as NGC, PCGS, ICG or ANACS. Furthermore, I agree that ALL items are sold as is with no guarantee given or returns accepted and that I will use all the pictures and information provided, and available to me to determine an item's value, including but not limited to contacting Recollect to Collect LLC. I further agree that if I fail to complete my purchase, I will be charged a non-refundable twenty percent restocking fee. Lastly, I understand that Recollect to Collect LLC is not a grading or certification company, only a facilitator of sales, while every effort will be made to sell only genuine items (unless stated), I will not hold the auction company responsible should an item that I purchase be deemed to be altered, cleaned or not authentic.
