All of our auction sales are final. The successful bidders are responsible for removing all purchased items immediately following the auction. All items will need to be loaded by the successful bidder, we do not provide loading help. Shipping can be arranged on any item.

A bid on an item constitutes acceptance of the item and terms of the auction. Your bid is a binding contract; non-paying bidders will be blocked from future auction at the discretion of the auctioneer. Make sure your contact info is complete and correct on the bidder sign up page. Payment is due on completion of the auction, invoices will be sent and online payment options are available.

Items will be available for pick-up at the stated/posted times only for the auction. Items paid for but not picked up will be forfeit after 30 days, no refunds given.

If you require shipping please be aware that the cost of shipping may be more than what the item cost. All items ship from zip code 84109, you can go to USPS.com for estimates of cost.

Furniture, Glass, glass, glass, China, Toys, Linens, Rustic, Household, Baby Grand Piano ~~ Did I mention GLASS? wow, tone of vintage antique and collectables, the estate of a former mall dealer at the old "Buffalo Antique Mall" in Murray Utah. Most these items have been in storage for 25 years. Great stuff just waiting for a new home. We will have limited ability to ship at this auction.

You must sign up for a time and pick up your items in the times we have for pick up we will not be available for pick-ups once these times expire. DO NOT bid if you cannot commit to a pickup time.

Items begin closing at 10:00 am Thursday February 5, 2026. Auction pick-up times Friday February 6th 11:00 am to 4:00 pm, Saturday February 7th, 11:00 am to 4:00 pm and Monday February 9th noon to 3pm, all purchases will need to be picked up Monday by 3:00pm or will be forfeit and buyers will be charged a disposal fee, this does not relieve your obligation to pay for items won. Please don't bid if you cannot pick up in the designated time frame. Please Sign up for a time at this website, include your invoice #.

All items are at (South Jordan, Utah ) All items will be in the driveway or front yard. We will have a sign in front of the house. Please do not block the driveway access. We will have limited loading help, but if you buy furniture please bring your own help some of the pieces will require 2 people. Some items are in the basement, you may need to come into the house to carry out larger pieces of furniture.This is in a CONDO Complex, please be respectful of the other residents, please do not block driveways. 

Do not come to the property outside of the published pick up hours. WE do not move items from this site, it is the successful bidders responsibility to pick up their items! The auction will close on Thursday, pick up will not begin until Friday! Please email or text with question.

  • Items will be available for pick-up in the front or side driveway, some Items my need to be moved out of the house. Please bring loading help. Shipping is available for select items.
  • All items must be paid for prior to the scheduled pick-up.
  • Please schedule only one pick-up time. Pick-up times are in 5-minute increments. Please be punctual as we have limited space for items ready for pick-up.
  • All items will be inside the front door in our lobby area. No loading help will be provided. If you have furniture or heavy items, please bring your own loading assistance.

Payment and Pick-Up:

  • These are the only pick-up times available for this auction. Items must be paid for and picked up by this time unless other arrangements are made. We do not keep regular hours at our warehouse.
  • Shipping is available for select items. Please contact us for the cost. You may also arrange shipping or pick-up through a third party once items are paid in full.
  • We automatically charge the card on file the day following the close of the auction. We prefer that you initiate payment.

Shipping Information:

  • Shipping is available for select items. It is not free. Please contact us for a shipping quote with your destination zip code. All items ship from 84014.
  • Shipping may cost more than the item won. Shipping takes up to 5 days to add. Items will be shipped using the least expensive method available, usually UPS or USPS Ground Advantage.

Auction Closing:

  • All auctions have a soft close. If a bid is received in the last 5 minutes, it extends the time on the auction by 2 minutes.
  • Auctions begin closing at 10:00 AM and close every 10 seconds thereafter unless extended by a bid in the last 5 minutes. Closing intervals may be longer on smaller auctions.

Storage Fees:

  • Items not picked up by the indicated dates will incur a $2 per day per auction lot storage fee. We do not have room to store auction items. If you bid, please pick up your items.
  • Once the storage fee equals the purchase price of the item, BTeam will dispose of the item at their discretion. Shipping may also be added to items not picked up, and the items will be shipped to the address listed with your account, if available, at BTeam's discretion.
