The smalls will be available to be shipped from this auction, but heavier bulky items will be pick-up only. Our On-Line Auctions end in a "Soft-Close" style, meaning each lot will end 6-10 seconds after the previous lot. If a lot is bid on by a second party within the last 2 minutes, the auction for that item will have time extended to allow the bidders a fair opportunity to place a bid. The bidding will continue on said item until there is no further advancement in the time allowed.

AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
There will be a 20% Buyers Premium charged on top of the hammer price. The state of Maryland requires us to collect 6% sales tax. �We only accept Maryland tax exemption numbers for purchases over $200. �No Out of State tax exemptions numbers will be accepted, as under MD law. (Unless an accurately completed Maryland Resale Tax Exemption�Form is submitted). Items with more than Quantity of 1, are TIMES THE MONEY. Every item is being sold "As Is Where Is" with no guarantee of any kind. All Sales are final.��
*** Unless otherwise stated, NO items have been authenticated by brand or maker. Bidder is responsible for authenticating via pictures, or scheduling an in person preview. No one is to set foot on the private property without scheduled accompaniment.

Due to the posibility of inclement weather, we will be scheduling for items to be picked up through calendly. Once the sale finishes, we will send you an invoice with a Calendly link to schedule your pick-up.

Buyers of items have until Monday February 9, 2026 4PM to remove their purchases after payment has been made. After which time the remaining items on the property will be considered abandoned unless further arrangements have been made with Wachter Auctions and Appraisals


Buyer is responsible for loading and removing their own items after payment.

All sales are final. All items are sold "as is-where is" with all faults and blemishes and no warranty expressed or implied. Bidders are encouraged to preview and inspect all items. It is bidder's responsibility to determine condition, value, usefulness, functionality, authenticity, and all other factors. Wachter Auctions and Appraisals is not responsible for errors of description. Bidder, including internet bidder, shall be the sole judge of value. We have a strict "no charge back" after the transaction is complete policy.
If a Bidder has a poor HiBid Bidder Score, we will not accept them into our auctions.
Any successful high bidders who back out of a bid, will be banned from all our future auctions and will be given a poor bidder rating. This rating could effect a bidders ability to register in bids with other auction companies across HiBid and other auction websites. The same will be done to all non-paying customers.

CONDITION OF ITEMS:
We accept consignments as they are given to us. We assume that box contents are what is listed on the box. We make no guarantees that lots are described in perfect accuracy, We take every effort to accurately describe all items offered in its sales, We do not provide warranty for labor�and craftsmanship on jewelry and watches. We have knowledgeable staff to provide as accurate description as possible using the knowledge of our staff. ** Returns are not accepted; ALL SALES ARE FINAL. By placing a bid, the bidder/buyer has signified that the description of the item(s) in question is satisfactory and will not be entitled to make any objections after the sale.�
PAYMENT AND INVOICING�:
We will email your preliminary invoice in the days following the auction end, **which will be around 9:30pm Eastern** with payment instructions.

We reserve the right to: cancel bids and/or restrict the use of our site; refuse service to anyone at any time; add or remove items at any point in the auction; revise descriptions of the items if a change needs to be made; ban users for violating our terms and conditions; hold items until the payment has been cleared; withdraw any item and to re-offer the item at another time; resell any items that have not been paid in full by the payment deadline. In any cases of dispute, our decision is final. All legal matters will be settled as per Maryland State law and the Bidder/Buyer consents that the venue be located in Carroll County Maryland . All items are sold on an AS IS, WHERE IS basis, with all faults. We make every effort to represent all items clearly and accurately in photographs and descriptions and will indicate any major defects on an item when it is know by us.Some items may have a Reserve. In this case, items with a Reserve cannot be won until a bid has reached the Reserve price. These items will be clearly marked and identified. In the event that a picture and description do not match, the description takes precedence. If we are prevented by fire, theft, or any other reason whatsoever from delivering items to the Buyer, our liability shall only be limited to the sum that was paid.��
