Auction terms & conditions of sale
The following announcements supersede any prior or printed statements and will be attached to and become part of the Auction Memorandum and Real Estate Contract. All terms & conditions are published. All prospective bidders must register ONLINE and receive a bid number to bid. Bryant Auction & Real Estate LLC has entered into a contract with the conservator, to offer for sale (with seller's confirmation) at public auction the following real property. THE OFFERING SOLID 1963 HOME SITUATED ON A LARGE CORNER LOT, APPROX 2200 SQ FT (+/-), 3 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHS, FAMILY ROOM, LIVING ROOM, PROPERTY FEATURES, HAS FENCED BACK YARD, IN GROUND POOL, IDEAL FOR ENTERTAINING WITH GREAT OUTDOOR SPACE OR FUTURE IMPROVEMENTS , IN WALKING DISTANCE OF RESTAURANTS, HOSPITAL & SHOPPING. LOT IS .44 ACRES, TM# 90112-02-001. If the purchaser wishes to have the property surveyed, or a closing plat, this will be at the expense of the purchaser. DEFAULT In the event a purchaser fails to close and pay his balance when due, this may result in cancellation of the sale and deposit shall be retained by Bryant Auction & Real Estate LLC, Broker & Seller as liquidated damages. The second highest bidder's number will be recorded in the event the property is not closed for any reason. The second highest bidder may be contracted to submit a contract to purchase at the seller's option or the property may be offered "For Sale" on the open market at the discretion of the seller or his/her agents. If for any reason a buyer fails or refuses to deposit the required funds and execute a purchase agreement immediately after being declared the highest bidder and the sale is confirmed by the seller, the seller reserves the right to declare the bidder's rights forfeited and may resell the property.
