By registering and bidding on this auction the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth and enters into a contractual agreement to purchase the item(s) under the following terms and conditions. 2. All payments must be made within 48 hours of the auction ending. All winning bids require payment before items are removed from the sale location. There is a 4% processing fee for all credit card transactions. If you wish to pay Cash, Check w/ID at time of pickup, there are no additional processing fees. Any payments not made for your purchase(s) within 48 hours will be considered in default with bidder privileges being revoked for any future auctions from Jenkins Auctions. Negative feedback will be left for your hibid account affecting the ability to register for other Hibid auctions. 3. 7% Sales Tax is collected on on all purchases for this auction unless valid Indiana ST-105 sales exemption certificate is on file with Jenkins Auctions. NO EXCEPTIONS 4. 10% Buyers Premium will be charged on your total purchases, please factor into your bidding. 5. All Items sell "AS IS WHERE IS" .
