East Texas Arms - Total Liquidation - Longview, Tx * This is an online Auction for: Guns, Ammo , and Accessories from East Texas Arms 5933 McCann Rd, Longview, TX 75605 Note: All firearms have been moved to a secure location in Longview,Tx that will be disclosed at the time of your invoice. East Texas Arms has closed their doors and contracted Walt Cade Auctions to liquidate everything in the store. The items have been moved from the property and stored in a secure location for safety * Note: A few items in this auction are from other sources. Some are consigned and/or from a previous auction and didnt make reserve. * Terms: Cash, Wire Transfer, Most Credit Card and Debit Cards. (Cash/Wire Only for Firearms) * Auction Method: Online * Preview: Online Only * Bidding Period: Now thru ______ Mar 02 closing at 7pm CST * Pickup: Day after auction close which is ___ March 03 from 10-4pm (See notes for later pickups) * Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. * Holdover: We can hold your items only if fully paid for by 3pm day after auction, Cash / Wire / CC. (See our Storage Fees) * Most firearms and ammo in this auction have reserves * Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 5% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file. * Declined Cards: There is a $25 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. * Large Invoices: Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for all amounts over $500. Also any Gold Silver or Bullion or Jewelry invoices will also be Wire Only. * Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us. * Buyer's Premium: 18% with a 5% Discount for cash if picked up on pickup day * Note: Some items may not be available for shipping. PLEASE CHECK BEFORE BIDDING (30% Restocking fee - No Exceptions) * Shipping: General Shipping - (IWhen Available) Once you pay your invoice with us and request items to be shipped, Pack & Mail will pick your items up at our facility within 48 hours and they will contact you for your desired shipping method and will quote you a price to include any packaging or handling. Note: Items not picked up or authorized by you for shipping within 48 hours of auction close will be donated to the Children's Foundation. ($25 minimum invoice for shipping) * Firearms Buyers will be subject to a mandatory background check for each auction at a cost of $10, though multiple firearms bought at the same time will require only one such check. The buyer will pay the cost of the background check as required at the time of pickup. Valid identification will be required. Purchases must be paid in full prior to a background check being conducted. If a buyer fails a background check, or fails to complete the transaction for any reason, the Auctioneer shall retain the firearms less a thirty-percent (30%) re-stocking fee. All firearms to be picked at an FFL Location in Longview, Tx 75601 All firearms will be Cash or Cashier's Check Only. Unclaimed firearms will be assessed a 30% restocking fee charged to your card on file. * Firearms Shipping: No credit cards for Firearms. Cash or Wire Only. We ship Firearms once a week (Lower 48 States Only) Usually on Monday. It will take us a day or 2 to package & process so please don't wait until the last minute. $25 per Firearm package (Combined when possible) + Shipping & Insurance. * All wires should be received the day following the auction. As soon as we receive the wire, we will immediately prepare you for shipping, so please go ahead & get it to us. Ammo shipping is heavy and can be costly. Buy enough to make it worth while or consider donating small quantities to be resold for the Children's Foundation. * UPS requires, Ammo / Firearms / Other items, each must by shipped separately and not in the same package. We also have some Certificates of Authenticity from Platinum Collectibles, Mounted Memories, and All American Sports, as well as others. Each have their own opinion. Many agencies and buyers do not recognize any of as a valid source of grading. Walt Cade Auctions, also does NOT endorse these as a proper grading platform and advises these items are for your personal enjoyment and do not warrant any item to be authentic and will not entertain refunds based on such claims.
