All sales are final. No refunds, no returns. Items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Inspection Period - we are open for on site inspection Monday - Friday from 10am to 4pm (or message seller for other possible inspection times) Removal / Load-Out We allow up to 10 days to pickup items (longer holds can be arranged if needed). HOWEVER: bidders MUST communicate with seller within 5 days to discuss how payments will be applied. Pickup is by scheduled appointment only. To schdule appointment: 1) review your online invoice → 2) go to Manage Invoice (if looking on phone, may need to "slide screen left") → 3) set removal appointment. No walk-ins. Pickup extensions (past 10 days) are available, but must be communicated within 3 days of closing. Please bring the correct trailer, vehicle, and equipment. Forklift assistance is provided as a courtesy. Buyer is responsible for securing loads. Unsafe trailers may be refused. Large or specialty items may require special arrangements. Payment Invoices under $2,000: Credit card accepted (message Seller for assistance to process credit card). Invoices over $2,000: Must be paid by cashier’s check, cash, or wire (see Payment Terms below for wire instructions). Cashier’s Checks payable to: Myalinc, Inc No personal checks accepted. Sales Tax (Important) All invoices will include sales tax at auction close.
