These items are largely abandoned vendor inventory or long-term storage items; they may need cleaning/restoration, may not include all needed parts, or may be suitable only for parts. By placing a bid, you agree to these terms. 2. REGISTRATION & PAYMENT Card Verification: A $1.00 credit card authorization will be processed when submitting your first bid to verify identity. This is a pending hold and is not actually charged. Buyer’s Premium: A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to all winning bids. Automatic Payment: All invoices will be charged immediately following the end of the auction to the credit card on file. Please look for an invoice from AF360 (Auction Flex) or a direct email from us. Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. No Chargebacks: CHARGEBACKS are prohibited. By bidding, you agree not to charge back your credit card under any circumstances. Tax Exempt: If you have a Tax-Exempt certificate, you must email it to Hayden@merchantsquareantiques.com PRIOR to bidding. If we are not informed PRIOR to bidding, you will be responsible for paying the tax. No exceptions. 3. PICKUP & REMOVAL Location: Merchant Square, 1509 N. Arizona Ave, Chandler, AZ 85225. Pickup Times: FRIDAY AND SATURDAY after the auction closes, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Loading Assistance: Winning bidders are solely responsible for the removal of purchased items and MUST BRING THEIR OWN HELP AND TOOLS for loading. Staff will NOT help you lift or load heavy items. Late Fee: A $10.00 late pick-up fee will be charged if you do not pick your items up during the designated window. Forfeiture: Items not picked up within ONE WEEK of the close of the auction will be declared FORFEIT. The items revert to the property of Merchant Square to be disposed of, and NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. 4. SHIPPING (USA ONLY) If you are out of the USA and you win, NO refund will be given. YOU MUST HAVE A USA ADDRESS. You will receive a text message/email asking about shipping needs. It is YOUR responsibility to advise us immediately. If we do not hear from you about shipping by the Wednesday after the close of the auction, your item(s) will be forfeited. At our discretion, shipping may be done by us or a Third-Party Shipper. We are not responsible for shipping costs; please bid accordingly. Shipping invoices may be sent separately and must be paid within two days of receipt, or the item will be forfeited. We do not ship Media Mail. 5. GENERAL TERMS AI Descriptions: We use AI-generated descriptions, titles, and estimates at times. These are for informational purposes only. Merchant Square is not responsible for slight inaccuracies in AI-generated text. Consignor Bidding: Consignors are not allowed to bid on their own items. Disputes: By bidding, you agree that Merchant Square gets the final say in any disputes that may arise.
