By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
Items must be removed on loadout day, unless prior arrangements are made with auctioneer. All items left on the auction property after loadout day will revert ownership back to the seller, and winning bidder will lose all rights to the items.
Auctioneers reserve the right to reject any bid at your sole discretion.
Auctioneers reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
NOTE: Items are located in a multi-level office building. It is the bidder's responsibility to bring adequate tools, help, etc. to safely remove their items from the property.
