The successful bidder will be required to enter into a purchase and sale agreement which will not be contingent upon financing. Be sure you have arranged financing, if needed, and are capable of paying at closing. Succesful bidder will require $3,000 non-refundable earnest money down within 24 hours after auction closes. The balance due shall be paid at the closing in 30 days or less. Property is sold "as-is" and is being sold subject to seller's confirmation. Sellers provides survey. Closing costs shared 50/50 between seller and buyer. Possession will be given at closing. Seller will furnish a clear title. Auction is subject to a 10% buyers' premium with a minimum of $2,500 PROPERTIES BEING SOLD WITHOUT WARRANTIES: The Property is being sold in AS-IS condition.
