NO SHIPPING OF ANY ITEMS IN THIS AUCTION

Bidder requirements: In order to bid, you must be registered with name, address, valid credit card information, valid phone number, and valid email address.

Due diligence: All merchandise is sold as is with no warranties. Bidder is responsible for his own inspection, determination of condition, value, and correctness of description. Do not bid if you are uncertain what you are bidding on.

Bids can not be retracted. You will be asked to confirm your bid before it is accepted. Be sure before you click.
All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed.

Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item.

Winning Bidder Notification / invoice: After the auction has completely closed, winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. It takes 1 - 2 hours for all the emails to send. Thank you for your patience.

Payment: Pay for your merchandise at pick up during the designated time with cash, or good check . We will not be taking credit cards for this auction. There is no internet/phone reception on sight. Please go by the ATM if needed. You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendants at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for.

Buyers are responsible for loading so bring help for the heavy stuff. You are responsible for loading your purchases.

Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time will be from 09:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 7th. Purchased items must be picked up during the specified time. "No show" buyers that fail to pay and pick up, and do not respond to attempts to contact will be barred from bidding in Orrell Auctions and may be barred from other HiBid Auctions as well. DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT PICK UP DURING THE DESIGNATED TIME!

The Dodge truck and GMC van sell without title and with bill of sale only. Seller does not have titles. The vehicles have been declared abandoned. Seller has documentation from an attorney describing her legal authority to sell the vehicles. Buyer can and will need to order a bonded title or buy the vehicle for salvage of parts only. Both vehicles start easy and run good. The Dodge truck transmission leaks. No known issues with the GMC van.

UNTESTED - Electronics such as CB radios, HAM radio equipment, electronics test equipment, phones & home entertainment equipment have not been tested, working condition is unknown and will sell as is with no warranty. Bidder is responsible for and is encouraged to come to preview day and inspect the items of interest to their own satisfaction . No refunds.

TESTED - All 110v woodworking, and metalworking electric tools, shop machines and electric hand tools have been tested and are working unless noted in description. Still they sell as is with no warranty and bidder is responsible for and encouraged to come to preview day and inspect the items of interest. Small electrical items in groups or box lots have not been tested. No refunds.
