All items are sold as is with no refunds EARLY SIGN UP SHEET WILL BE AT THE HOME AROUND 7:00 AM BEFORE SALE STARTS ON SATURDAY MORNING. EARLY SIGN UP SHEET WILL GO OUT AT 8:00 ON SUNDAY. We will have plain clothed security on site. Bring help to load large items. Not responsible for on- site accidents. N.C. Dept. of Revenue requires all Estate Sale companies to charge 7.25% sales tax for all purchases unless you have a valid sales Tax number. If you have a number you need to present us with a filled out tax form E 595 E that shows your tax ID information before you purchase.
