Seller and Grasons Co. are not liable for any damage and or injuries to persons and properties in the home or outside the home. Cash, credit/debit cards only, no checks will be accepted. A sign in sheet will be placed outside the home one hour prior to the sale opening. Any other sheet started will not be honored. Please don’t bring any personal purses into the sales. We will provide you with either a basket or tote for you to place your items you wish to purchase. Please don’t park in or block the neighbor’s driveways. Don’t park anywhere illegally and read all signs for street sweeping. Please be safe and happy shopping!

Grasons Premier presents our relocation estate sale in Friendly Valley located in Santa Clarita. Featuring the warm and well‑loved home of a retired Pastor and his devoted Wife, who spent decades serving their community and traveling the world on mission. As they prepare for their next chapter, their thoughtfully gathered belongings—rich with purpose, history, and global connection—are ready to be passed on to new homes. Sunday 50% off most items. Entry into the community will only be permitted from (8:30-1:00p). No earlier entry will be permitted. The signup sheet goes out at 8:30am and doors open at 9am, no other sheet started will be honored. Please note: We will not be able to respond to price quote inquiries. While we’d love to provide prices beforehand, it’s extremely difficult as we are working on multiple homes with hundreds of items. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
