Any item left behind after the specific date or dates will be considered abandonded and will be forfeited, unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements have been made prior. After a bidder has won the bid with his/ her high bid, they have become the new owners of the item. The Auctioneer or Seller are not responsible to provide any type of other than normal protection [ such as locking doors to property] or insurance on items purchased

Bidder acknowledges resposibility for any personal injury or property damage caused by the bidder or his/ her agent during pickup. Bidder also agrees to hold auctioneer [auctioneer agents] Seller, Consignor harmless from any personal injury to himself/ herself or agents and any property damage incurred on auction premises during pickup.

Michael P. Weaver Auctioneers will not provide shipping services, also auctioneer does not provide loading services during pickup. Buyers should make sure that they have help to load, and equipment to move heavy items [such as hand trucks, carts ect]. Auctioneer can obtain local UPS shipping center phone numbers for buyers. WINNING BIDDERS ARE RESPOSIBLE FOR PICKUP AT APPOINTED TIMES.
