Credit card is required for registration. The credit card on file WILL NOT be charged at the end of the auction. Winning bidders will be contacted to confirm payment type.

Winning bidders will be notified via email upon completion of the auction. Payment is due within 48 hours of the auction ending. Preferred payment types are certified funds (bank check) mailed with tracking information provided to auction company, credit card (4% processing fee) and wire transfer ($25 processing fee), ACH ($10 processing fee). No items released until invoice has been paid in full.

Load out by appointment with at least 24 hours notice. Buyers are responsible for all shipping logistics including scheduling, rigging, etc. Items should be removed within 10 days of the auction ending or storage fees may be incurred at $25 per day.

Payment due at conclusion of auction. No items released until payment has been made in full. No partial payments, no chargebacks, no refunds. Items remaining unpaid after 48 hours may become the property of the auction company & may be resold.
