Successfully approved buyer shall pay a 10% nonrefundable deposit on day of auction with cash, cashier's check or equivalent, and balance due within 30 days at closing. Buyer shall be responsible for securing closing agent and paying associated closing costs. Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over all prior advertising.
