Auction Schedule: 8:00 AM: Auction preview; 9:00 AM: Registration opens; 10:00 AM: Auction begins with small wares and catering supplies; 2:00 PM: Auction continues with catering equipment and cookers. Conditions of sale on site: 7% buyer’s premium. Payment in full day of sale. Cash, good checks, and major credit cards accepted.
