See THIS FLYER West Alexander I understand that I am responsible for FULL PAYMENT TODAY, April 25, 2026 for my purchases by cash, check or certified funds, at West Alexander Fairgrounds. ITEMS WILL BE PAID FOR BEFORE REMOVAL. Behm’s Auction & Real Estate Services, LLC is acting as an agent of the seller and therefore is not responsible for the description or condition of items. Owners will make statements regarding their item(s). Sales are “As is” and “Where is.” I am assuming full responsibility for all items charged to my bidder’s number. I understand that some items will be sold with owner confirmation, and further understand that I must honor the bid placed on the item(s) until the seller confirms or rejects the bid price. Behm’s Auction & Real Estate Services, LLC is not responsible for theft, damage, or loss of item(s) and will not be held liable for any injury or accident that may occur at the location of the auction.
