Best Rate Cleanouts & Estate Sales is hosting a Jam-Packed Easton Estate Sale on Friday Aoril 3rd from 9am-2pm. To start off you will find an incredible assortment of video games & systems, a massive amount of Blu-Rays & DVDs, a large section non-sports cards, Magic, Warcraft, super hero, Naruto, Medabots, Warhammer, and many others, some baseball cards, antiques, loads of hunting gear & apparel, vintage clothing, cabin style furniture, model ship collection, taxidermy, multiple gun safes, duck decoys, brand new canoe still in the box, boat & trailer, electronics, HDTV televisions, advertising signs, furniture, sofas, love seats, lamps, bookcases, books, police memorabilia, wall décor, tools, hardware, kitchenware, collectibles, shed/garage finds & so much more… This is another fantastic sale you can’t miss!!! As with all of our sales everything is priced to sell, which means good deals for you! Sign-up sheets are started by the first person who arrives at the property (not us). If you start a Sign-Up Sheet we recommend you stay & not leave, otherwise you run the risk of your list being taken down by the next person who shows up. Numbers are given out between 7:00am - 7:30am (when we arrive). If a Sign-Up Sheet has been started please make sure you put your name on it and make sure are present to get your number. We open the doors at 9:00am (no earlier). Out of respect to our clients and their neighbors we recommend Sign-Up Sheets not to be started before Midnight on the day of the sale.
