THIS IS A "LIVE" Onsite auction on Tuesday Eve, April 14, at 6:30 pm Eastern Time. These items are from a tentant default and will not have keys or titles. A Mechanics Lien packet will be filled out and given to each successful buyer to obtain a title.

PREVIEW: You are welcome to preview the items at the Hoosier Ag Building on Tuesday, April 14, from 5:00 pm up to start of auction at 6:30pm.

" All purchasers are required to register for a bidder's number to bid and must be of contractual age (18 years old) A form of picture identification is required to verify information.

" All purchases are to be PAID IN FULL day of auction. Sales are not subject to financing. Financing must be arranged prior to auction.

" Payment Methods are CASH or CREDIT CARD. (Excepting checks for established approved customers or with a bank letter approving funds). There is a $40.00 service charge for any returned check.

" There is a 4% Convenience Fee for all credit/debit card transactions. (Cash discount)

" All vehicles & items are subject to Indiana Sales Tax (7%) unless you hold a valid Auto Dealer License.

" It is the Buyer's responsibilty to have insurance before driving the vehicle.

" LOOK BEFORE YOU BID! All items and vehicles are sold "AS-IS WHERE-IS". All faults and descriptions are believed to be accurate, but not guaranteed. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they are bidding regardless of the item's condition. We encourage you to preview and inspect on Friday before the auction. Information recorded such as mileage, hours, etc. is only a guide for customer convenience. Please refer to online VIN checks for accuracy.

" Once you are the winning bidder, it is yours and you are obligated to pay for the items you won. Graber Auctions, LLC are AGENTS ONLY, they do not give price reductions or refunds. As soon as you become the winning bidder, you are responsible to protect against Theft, loss or breakage, even if you have not checked out or paid for your items.

" Graber Auctions employees reserve the right to place bids on any item.

" Graber Auctions reserves the right to remove items from auction or skip items once auction has begun. In the event an item is removed from auction or skipped any Prebid's/absentee bids will be void. All announcements made by the auctioneer shall supersede any printed material.

" Some vehicles and equipment items are with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise. Reserves, if any, are not disclosed. Sellers will be at the auction to accept or reject the bid or via phone call.

" Vehicles and items left on auction lot are done so at the sole responsibility of the owner. Items left more than 30 days at our facility are subject to resell without notice for storage fees.

" Photography, video & audio recording is used on the premises and will be used for security and/or promotional purposes.

NOTE: This is a LIVE auction, NO INTERNET BIDDING, however, you may call the office and leave an absentee bid if you cannot attend the auction.

Announcements made the day of the auction will take precedence over printed matter.
