Day 1 in Chino drew over 100 shoppers prior to opening, with a continuous line and non-stop checkout for over two hours.

The response confirmed what the photos suggested—this is a high-content estate with depth throughout the home.

To ensure an organized and fair opening for all shoppers, an official True Integrity Estate Services sign-up sheet will be placed at the front of the property at 7:00 AM on the first day of the sale. This will be the only list recognized for entry when the sale opens.

• Any lists started by customers prior to 7:00 AM will not be recognized

• Please sign yourself in when you arrive

• Customers must be present when the sale opens to enter with their place in line

• One line entry per person — please do not hold places for others
