Any dumpsters on the property are for use by the storage facility only; not the public. Anything left in the unit after Sunday, April 12 at 8PM will be deemed abandoned & all cleanup costs will be the responsibility of the buyer with a minimum disposal fee of $300. The storage facility closes at 8PM. Due to security reasons the storage facility & room number will only be given to the winning bidder. There is no physical inspection available for this auction. The key to the unit & gate access code must be picked up by Friday, April 10 at 3PM at the Absolute Auction Center in Pleasant Valley, NY. Items are located in Highland, NY.
