1) Registration: All bidders are required to register to bid. Bidders are required to present the necessary registation information. This includes name, address, phone numbers, drivers license, credit card, email address information and any other information needed to complete the registration and identification. All bidders agree that they have read, fully understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound thereby. All bidders must be at least 18 years old to register. By registering to bid you agree you are in sound mind and for Bevco Auctions to use your Drivers License / ID, email address and credit card to complete any transactions made. Bidders are responsible for their bidder I.D. and ID's are non transferable.

2) Tax Numbers: Maryland Sales & Use Tax Numbers / Certificate of Resale must be submitted and on file with Bevco Auctions otherwise 6% Maryland Sales Tax is Applicable. All tax exempt forms must be uploaded prior to the auction. Maryland does not accept out of state tax numbers. Out of state buyers must pay Maryland sales tax on all items.

3) RESPONSIBILITY OF BIDS: All Sales Are Final. No refunds, returns, exchanges or reductions. No Exceptions! Auctioneers reserve the right to refuse any bid and has sole discretion. Any person who misrepresents itself, any item or fails to abide by the terms and conditions can result in being banned from any further use & may be subject to additional legal actions. Bidders are responsible for knowing which item he or she is bidding on. If he or she is unsure, they should inquire or not bid. When you become a Winning Bidder during Internet-Only / Public Auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for the item(s) in which you were evidenced in being the successful bidder. Bevco Auctions does not honor mistakes.

4) The Auctioneer: The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment, he feels is in the Best interest of his Client (the seller), reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller. The right to lot merchandise is reserved.

5) BUYERS PREMIUM: 15% Buyers Premium is added to all purchases.

6) As Is Where Is: Everything is Sold "AS IS WHERE IS" with No Guarantee(s) of any kind, regardless of Statement of Condition made from the Auctioneer. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and/or pictures and descriptions given by the auctioneer.

7) POSTED CLOSING TIMES: All auction closing times are approximate.

8) PAYMENT: Payment will be by Credit Card Only unless stated otherwise. Buyer understands that they are responsible for having a good credit card on file with Bevco Auctions at the time of collection. Buyer agrees to pay the Hammer Price, 15% Buyers Premium, Any Related Shipping and Handling Charges, and 6% Maryland Sales Tax if applicable for all transactions. Payments to Bevco Auctions may be seperated to complete the payment process. All bidders agree not to stop payment on their credit card. No item will be shipped until payment(s) have been received in full. Invoices will be sent to the winning bidder email address on file at the time of shipping.

9) PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY: It is the buyers responsibility to make good payment on all purchases. Buyer agrees their credit card will be charged for the hammer price, buyers premium, tax, and shipping & handling charges.

10) Shipping and Handling: All items for this auction will be shipped. There is No Pick-Up option for this auction. Invoices will be sent to your email on file after Bevco Auctions has determined your shipping and handling charges. All items must be paid in full before Bevco Auctions ships any items to your address on file. Bevco Auctions can not estimate shipping cost until all items have been boxed. Be sure to update your shipping address in the Buyer Profile as Bevco Auctions will only ship to the address on file. Shipping options include USPS Media Mail, USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail. Combined shipping is available. All items will be shipped within 7 business days after payments have been processed.

11) CALCULATION OF PURCHASE PRICE: The buyer shall pay in full item(s) where they became the successful bidder. Cost of items sold = Hammer Price + 15% Buyers Premium + Any Related Shipping & Handlling Cost + 6% Maryland Sales Tax if applicable. Additional insurance may be requested by the buyer and will be included into the cost of shipping and handling.

12) SALES TAX: 6% Maryland Sales Tax is applicable to all purchases unless Bevco Auctions has on file a Maryland Sales and Use Tax Number and Certificate of Resale. All need to be uploaded prior to this auction. Maryland does not accept out of state tax numbers. All out of state buyers must pay 6% Sales Tax.

13) DISPUTES: If a dispute arises, the Auctioneer may decide to put the lot in question up for Resale to the highest bidder. The Decision of the Auctioneer is Final and Absolute.

14) AUTO EXTEND FEATURE: The auction is set up to stop snipping. To deter snipping and make the auction fair to all bidders an auto extend feature has been put in place. For example: John bids with :30 seconds left. Auto extend will add one minute. Now all bidders will have 1:30. If a bid comes in with :01 left. The close will move to 1:01 until the time expires.

15) CLAIMS: NO Claims or Returns.

16) Indemnification Clause: Personal and Property Risk - Persons attending during setup, exhibition, sale or removal of goods assume all risks of damage or loss to person and /or property and specifically release the Auctioneer and /or Bevco Auctions from liability therefore. Neither the Auctioneer nor his Principle shall be held liable by reason of any defect or condition of the premises on which the auction sale is held.
