We will start at 11 a.m. and will be open for registration at 10 a.m. the same day. No buyers premium but there will be a 3% fee for credit cards and tax unless you have a copy of your tax license. You will be given until Sunday the 8th of March to clear the unit out. Units must be swept clean by Sunday. Bring a lock(s) for your units that you purchase. Cash or credit card accepted. Government issued i.d. must be presented for registration. This will be a quick auction that will have some great deals. Auction starts at 11 a.m..
