Tract 2 • 21.61 + or – acres, 21.61 + or – tillable acres, north & south of Hwy 15, immediate farming rights, Soil PI 122.8 Located in Sec 36, Bellmont Township, Wabash County, IL. Parcel # 09-36-200-024. 2025 taxes payable in 2026 was $625.88.

Sellers: Josh, David, and Adam Macke

 The new owner will be responsible for all taxes associated with 2026, which are payable in 2027, as they will receive the 2026 crop.

Farming Rights: After the Tittle Co. receives the 10% down payment to be held in Escrow and purchase agreement are signed the buyer has immediate farming rights.

Rights: All of the Seller’s mineral, oil, and gas rights, if any, will transfer without warranty of title or title evidence.
