Bradeen Auctions reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal.

Property Settlement & Pickup: All items must be settled for in person or call for wire transfer instructions, at 10208 Reebe Ranch Rd. Spearfish, SD. Smaller items must be picked up on Thursday, April 16th between 10am to 2pm. Larger equipment to be removed by buyer within one week of settlement, settlement date is Thursday, April 16th. Shipping is available on some of our smaller items. Shipping on containers and equipment can be arranged.

We accept cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express) 3.75% swipe fee on credit card payments. We will not charge over $999 on a credit card. You will need to set up a wire transfer.

Cash and check payments accepted on settlement day during scheduled hours. After that time, only payment by credit card will be accepted.

Wiring instructions can be provided upon request and all wire transfers will be assessed a $10 fee.

All vehicle titles held up to 10 business days from close of bidding. $10 doc fee per bidder for titled vehicles. 10 day holding period and doc fee waved for cash payment made in person during scheduled settlement.

South Dakota sales tax charged on all items. Except for titled vehicles and livestock.

If you have a tax-exempt license, you must have a current (within the preceding 12 calendar months) South Dakota Certificate of Exemption form on file with Bradeen Auctions or sales tax will be collected. Be prepared to fill one out at checkout. You authorize Bradeen Auctions to charge your credit card if no contact has been made by the end of the scheduled settlement. Please note the buyer will also be responsible for a 3.75% credit card transaction fee, and handling/storage fees incurred by Bradeen Auctions.
