Part 1 features an extensive inventory of vintage toys, regional textiles, primitives, collectibles, and silver, with a primary focus on Steiff animals and antique quilts. Notable large-scale items include a 99-inch studio giraffe and an 85-inch studio ostrich. These are joined by collector dolls from Maggie Iacono and R. John Wright, as well as Hertzig & Co. Snowbabies, vintage paper pulp holiday decorations for Halloween and Christmas, and German putz and papier-mache figurines. The textile category offers a significant collection of antique quilts from Lancaster and York Counties. Featured patterns include the Sawtooth Diamond, LeMoyne Star, Lone Star, and Irish Chain, dating from the mid-19th to early 20th centuries.
