All Sales are final at the fall of the hammer, all items are sold "AS IS" with on warranty expressed or implied, NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS and payment is due upon conclusion of each sales event. Inspect all items before you bid. Cash, Good Check and Credit/Debit cards are accepted. There will be a 10% buyer's premium at this auction, a 5% convenience fee will be added for credit card / debit card transactions. All state and local taxes will apply unless you provide us with a valid tax-exempt certificate. Announcements made on auction day take precedence over any prior announcements. Jacoby Chapman AL#5453 CASH WILL BE THE ONLY METHOND OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED FOR FIREARMS AND AMMO. We are a licensed FFL dealer that practices due diligence and safety by mandating background checks on each firearm purchase through the action. If you cannot successfully pass a NICS Background Check, DO NOT BID ON ANY FIREARMS. You must be a US Citizen, a resident of the State of Alabama, be 18 years of age to purchase long guns and ammo; 21 years of age to purchase pistols. |
