PURCHASED and SERVICE

On May 28th, 2014, the train engine was purchased for $181,900, and additional upgrades were made that increased its value.

We serviced (PM) the train every 200 hours, which consisted of an oil change, oil, air and transmission filter. Installed new spark plugs, topped off fluids and lubricated components.

Once a year, we brought the locomotive to our shop, inspected (and replaced as needed), the wheels, bearings, seals, brakes, coolant hoses. Pressure checked the coolant system. Inspected the differentials and transfer case (rebuilt as needed). Changed all fluids and filters and performed a tune-up.

In 11/2023, we pulled and sent the transmission out to get rebuilt, (it had 6154 hours on the unit).

In 3/2024, we pulled the head off the motor to get it resurfaced, installed new freeze plugs, head gasket set and a water pump, (hours 7808). In addition, attached is the colorway spec sheet for that locomotive with FLNA paint codes.

I have some spare parts to go with it; mostly motor components related to the propane system. The train is in good condition. This equipment is SOLD AS IS.
