You are entering private property at your own risk. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury. No purses, large or small or bags or boxes will be allowed. No bulky or oversized coats. All sales are final. Please carefully inspect items before purchase. There are NO RETURNS-no exceptions. Cash only, no credit cards or checks. We accept checks from pre-approved clients only. We do not lift or load. You are responsible for removing your purchases the day of the sale. If you buy heavy items, bring your own muscle. Sales tax of 7.75% charged on all purchases (Orange County) unless you provide a copy of your valid California resale certificate and fill out our form. All numbers verified on site with the BOE. No excessive haggling or arguing with staff. We endeavor to maintain a pleasant shopping environment for everyone. Please do not email or call asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale's opening. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. Bring Help to Load Large Items; Not Responsible for Accidents. Hello Everyone.. After an art study break in New York, we are delighted to present our first sale in April ( two more sales booked thereafter.) As always, our sales require an appointment. Email me at : fred@fredrickstegmann.com We have just started organizing and found interesting art, MCM, glass, crystal, stemware, china, ceramics, Japanese dolls, art and design books, plants, some clothing, decor for all holidays including Christmas, vintage pharmacy jars and decanters, seashells… lots of seashells… more as we continue organizing. A fun sale with interesting items from people who were Laguna residents and world travelers…educated and cultured makes for a very interesting sale! Pictures likely posted Thursday evening. Please do not ask for pricing or special considerations ahead of the sale, it is frowned upon. Excessive messaging or pushiness will result in blocking. Thank you for your understanding.
