By registering for and/or placing a bid in any online public auction conducted by A&S Auction Company, all bidders expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Bidder Registration and Approval All bidders must complete registration through HiBid or any approved bidding platform. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to independently inspect and evaluate all items prior to bidding. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts full responsibility for determining condition, value, authenticity, and suitability, and expressly waives any claim related to description or condition. Payment Terms Full payment is required immediately following the close of the auction unless otherwise stated. All invoices will be processed through HiBid or the designated payment system. Any chargeback, payment reversal, or disputed transaction shall be considered a material breach of these Terms and may be pursued through civil and/or criminal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. ________________________________________ 6. Final Sale / No Refunds All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or adjustments will be permitted under any circumstances. Pick-Up Terms and Conditions Buyers are solely responsible for the timely removal of all purchased items during the designated pick-up period. Buyers are responsible for all packing, loading, transportation, and inspection at the time of pickup. By taking possession of items, the Buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to inspect and accept the items in their current condition. A&S Auction Company assumes no responsibility or liability for items once removed from the premises. Any items not retrieved by the final scheduled pickup date will be held for up to 7 days with a storage fee of $5 per day.
