Each Listing states whether we can ship the item or not. Please refer to the Listing.
Local buyers/winning bidders will receive an invoice at the close of the auction.
All invoices MUST BE PAID within 24 hours of auction close, or items will be forfeited.
Once the invoice has been paid you will be notified of the address/pickup location and the link to Signup Genius to sign up for a time to pick up your items.
ALL Communication and Questions need to be sent through the message center. We will get back to you from there.
Make sure you have selected to receive winning bids notification in your account dashboard via email or text.

LOCAL PICK-UP

If you do not come during this designated time, you forfeit your item and will not be compensated in any way.
Please be prepared with packing material and any help that you might need to take your items with you. We will NOT help you.
Applicable state taxes + a 18% buyers premium are added.

Many of the items are available for shipping which is noted on the listing page of the item. The shipping address MUST MATCH what is on the buyers credit card and ID or we will NOT ship. Please Update your account before Bidding. All packing and shipping charges for items shipped in house will be charged to the credit card on file and shipping receipt with tracking will be emailed to the account file. You are responsible for all costs involved for packing and shipping. Please NOTE, before bidding, that shipping is NOT cheap, and we do our very best to choose the best shipping option and take great care to pack your items so they arrive safely. Also, Please Note, we cannot give shipping quotes ahead of time. There are too many variables in shipping that are impossible to predict ahead of time.
