The Auction: There are 3 lots that will be auctioned off where you can bid on an individual lot or you can bid on multiple lots together. The system will tell you what your next bid needs to be to in order to have the winning bid whether it's an individual lot or multiple lots. You select the lot/lots you want to bid on and it will highlight them for you so there are no mistakes on what lot/lots your bid is for. Any inspections or surveys you want done need to be done before the auction, at your expense.
