I have been going to Turn Key Clean Outs & Estate Sales since 2016. It is the BEST and the only one I enjoy attending. Talisa and Nicole are so friendly and they always make you feel so welcome. Jeff and the guys are always helpful too!!! Totally organized and always fair. Give it a try.

First time I attended one of their "House" and "Warehouse" events was this month (Sept.2021).
Both were well organized and loaded with great treasures at reasonable prices. All their employees were friendly and helpful. Can't wait until the next one.

I’ve been to a few estate sales offered under Turn Key and it’s always been a positive experience. The prices are always reasonable, especially compared to other companies. Also, the people running the sales are always very pleasant🙂

It's always a great experience at a Turnkey sale. Talisa, Jeff & crew are so friendly and they work hard to keep each sale free of drama and conflict. Pricing is always fair and they do have they best items at all their sales. And the 'regulars' are always fun to chat with. I highly recommend you check out a Turnkey sale.

Been to several of their sales and they are amazing people! Professional yet charming and so down to earth. They genuinely love what they do and they go out of their way to make every customer happy. I know this business can be 'cut throat' and I've seen some nasty folks who obviously try and hurt their competition....but I can tell you that Talisa and her team are real pros. Check them out and please consider them if you have a need for a great team to sell your things. You won't regret it.

The owners are pleasant and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable about their products and are reasonably priced. Every sale is exciting and interesting, and I make it a point to go to every one that I can. They are also very respectful of the families and their items. Great company!
