SALE TERMS 

·       Please bring SOLD tags & help with loading

·       Please bring packing supplies.

·       All items will be priced for “cash & carry”.  This is not an auction.

·       We accept Cash, Venmo & PayPal. We also accept credit cards for purchases of $20 or more. A 5% fee will be applied to CC.

·       Absolutely 

·       We encourage you to arrive early. An entry line forms.  We limit the number of buyers in the building for the safety of all buyers.  If a line forms, we appreciate your patience. PLEASE NO SPACE HOLDING IN LINE.  Line holding will result in being asked to move to the back of the line.

·         Entry Point 1: Main House: Line up at Garage Door

·         Entry Point 2: Barn/Pole Building: Please Line up at Garage Door

·         Check out will be in the driveway

·       Absolutely NO HOLDS

·       We DO NOT disclose pricing before sale.

·       Large Items: Items that are difficult to retrieve will have a larger price tag taped to them. We are happy to assist you with large items. We encourage you to bring your SOLD TAGS for LARGE ITEMS

·       SOLD Area: A designated holding area will be set aside for SOLD items.  If you place your items on the sold table or instruct someone to put your items on the sold table, you are obligated to purchase those items.  

·         PARKING: Please Park Respectively.
