This auction is a good example of downsizing at its finest! This couple has traveled extensively and acquired some nice items! The patio home they are moving into is already full and what we have is up to you to buy! From the huge L-shaped sofa to the postcard collection, I am certain there is a find in here for you! Look in the yard items, the garage, the closets, the kitchen – you will see the best-looking butcher block I have ever shown! The lady’s clothes are generally 8-10 and shoes an 8. On the men’s sizes, we have M-Lg and a size 7.5 shoe. A clean, non-smoking home with 3 levels of stars… Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder with NO Reserve and NO Sales Tax. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available. Additional charges may apply if you need extra help.
