Auction Terms and Conditions:  All Items will be sold in AS-IS, WHERE-IS, Condition at the time of auction.  All bidders are expected and encouraged to make a reasonable inspection of all items before bidding.  Once the auctioneer delcares the items sold, those items become the responsibility of the winning bidder.  Neither the seller nor the auction company will be responsible for any lost, damaged, misplaced, or stolen items.  All invoices shall be paid the day of auction.  By registering for the auction and obtaining a bidder number, all registrants are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth by the auction company. 

Payment Terms and Conditions:  We accept Cash or Check with proper and satisfactory photo ID.  We also accept the use of Credit or Debit Cards as a form of payment.  Payments made with the use of Credit or Debit Cards will be subject to a 4% buyers fee in addition to the invoice total.  Payments made with the use of Cash of Approved Check will have the 4% buyers fee waived on personal property item purchases only.  All invoices shall be paid the day of auction. 

Any and all announcements made the day of auction shall supercede any previously printed, internet, or social media advertisements.
