Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

There is a walkout basement for items in the basement. Cats did, at one time, occupy the home, as evident by the pics of a couple of the fabric furniture pieces.

Large items such as furniture and all framed artwork cannot be shipped in house. We can use 3rd party shippers such as UPS store, or work with freight or transport companies. The full cost of these services is the buyer’s responsibility, as well as the scheduling of freight or transport companies. Please allow up to 7 to 10 business days for shipping. Once your items are packaged, you will receive an email with your shipping information.
