What a nice property we had to work with! One auction will not clean it all up, but two will! We have an Airstream trailer, a 3-horse slant, John Deere riders, golf carts, a fence and gates, saddles, tack, barn items, and we still have a full garage! Bring your trailer, for we are truly going to show you how we are “Making Big Lots Great Again!” In fact, if you win the drawing after buying a big lot, I will put up a $20 gift certificate! Keep an eye on which lots qualify. The inside of the property has so many treasures that we are barely scratching the surface of what is here! The couple collected antiques and collectibles, as well as doing a lot of BBQ cooking! So, get into this auction and bring home the bacon! Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.

All gun buyers must pick up in person. Buyers must be current residents of the state of Kansas, have a valid Kansas Issued ID, be 21 years of age or older, and maintain all of their 2nd Amendment Rights. We will not ship guns and ammo.
