HIGHLIGHTS/AUCTIONEERS NOTES:
Our seller is moving to a new home! She sold the property to the Sinclair Refinery and has a bit more time to move out! This is a two-part auction. Auction number one sells all the personal property that she will not be taking with her. This includes the dryer, hutches, dining room tables, other furniture, yard décor, power tools, lawn mowers, and we even have a few plants to showcase! Once completed, auction number two will focus on the house, garage, sheds, and yard! We are selling everything that can be moved or demolished and re-used by you! This includes the HVAC, water heater, gutters, windows, cabinets, doors, picture window, ceiling fans, and much more! Both auctions will be up simultaneously so you can see what will be offered. There is plenty of time to look at, estimate, and scope for what you want to bid on for number two. Auction one ends first, followed a week later by auction two. Please take your time and scroll through all the lots. Everything Sells to the Highest Bidder. Everything sells AS IS. Items have not been tested unless otherwise specified. Come to the loadout prepared with what you might need, bring your own boxes and packing material, bring loadout help, tools, dolly, truck, etc. If you think you need it, please bring it. Little to no loadout help will be available.
