Furniture includes Japanese-style wood chests with iron hardware, a Japanese style wooden chest with copper inset basin, a wood farmhouse table, cane-seat chairs with metal frames marked “Made in Italy,” metal tractor-style stools, a metal and wood high-top table, a painted wood dining table, a wood table with turned legs, a stainless steel utility table with casters, and a wooden swing bench with upholstered cushions and integrated side tables. Additional furnishings include a black leather swivel recliner with ottoman, a desk with coordinating upholstered stools, a wooden apothecary chest with 45 drawers, a Geo C. Flint carved mahogany library table, a George Zee & Co. carved wooden chest with glass top, a farmhouse-style wood table with removable metal top, a wood dry sink table, and a carved oak storage bench. Seating also includes wooden armchairs, a wooden rocking chair with woven wicker seat and back, and a carved walnut armchair.

Rugs include an Afghan wool and cotton runner-style rug, a large Persian-style wool area rug, a large hand-knotted area rug with geometric motifs, a smaller Persian-style area rug, a knotted sisal area rug, Persian and tribal rugs, multiple Persian wool rugs, and a Persian wool runner, along with an additional Persian-style wool rug.

Art and décor include a very large abstract oil painting on canvas, an abstract oil on canvas Rothko copy, an abstract geometric oil on canvas, a large oil on canvas with a numerical grid composition, signed photographic prints, Edward J. Steichen photogravures, a Richard Avedon exhibition poster with photographic prints, and numerous framed photograph and print groupings. Additional paintings include multiple abstract oils on canvas and an oil on canvas landscape attributed to John Milne Donald. Sculpture and decorative objects include a rustic metal wall sculpture, a metal and stone abstract sculpture, a modernist metal sculpture, a rust-finished metal obelisk, an abstract iron sculpture on a wood base, and mixed decorative groupings.

Electronics include a Hisense 75-inch 4K television, a Samsung LED television, a Panasonic plasma HDTV, and multiple audio component groupings.
