TERMS & CONDITIONS

By registering for and participating in this auction, all bidders agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. AUCTION FORMAT

This is an online-only auction. All items will be sold to the highest bidder at the close of the auction.

2. AS-IS / WHERE-IS

All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.

Descriptions are provided to the best of our ability but are not guaranteed.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, authenticity, and suitability prior to bidding.

3. ALL SALES FINAL

All sales are final.
No returns, refunds, exchanges, or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstances.

4. PAYMENT TERMS
All payments will be automatically charged to the credit/debit card on file immediately upon completion of the auction
By registering and bidding, you authorize Local Line Auctions to charge your card for all purchases
If a payment is declined, the bidder is required to resolve the issue immediately

⚠️ Non-Payment Policy:
Any bidder who fails to complete payment will be:

Suspended from all future online auctions on HiBid
Banned from participating in all in-person auctions conducted by Local Line Auctions

All bids are legally binding, and failure to pay is a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

5. BUYER’S PREMIUM & SALES TAX
A 15% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all purchases
8% New York State Sales Tax will be charged on all applicable items
No tax exemptions will be accepted after the close of the auction
It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure all tax-exempt documentation is submitted and approved prior to bidding

All totals (including buyer’s premium and tax) will be charged to the card on file at auction completion.

6. PICKUP REQUIREMENTS (STRICT)
ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP WITHIN 3 DAYS OF AUCTION CLOSE — NO EXCEPTIONS
Buyers will receive an email and text message with instructions to schedule a pickup time
Pickup is by scheduled appointment only
7. REMOVAL OF ITEMS
Buyers must bring their own help, tools, and equipment
No assistance will be provided by auction staff
All items must be removed in full during your scheduled pickup window
8. FAILURE TO PICK UP (ABANDONED ITEMS POLICY)

Any items not removed within the 3-day pickup window will be considered ABANDONED.

Abandoned items will be:

Resold
Donated
Or disposed of

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ABANDONED ITEMS — NO EXCEPTIONS

9. BIDDER RESPONSIBILITY

By placing a bid, you acknowledge and agree:

You are entering into a legally binding agreement
You understand and accept all payment and pickup requirements
You will comply with all Terms & Conditions of this auction
10. SUSPENSION OF BIDDING PRIVILEGES

Failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to:

Non-payment
Failure to pick up items
Repeated violations

Will result in suspension or permanent banning from future auctions

11. GENERAL NOTICE

Please bid responsibly.
Failure to follow these Terms will not be excused.
